Welcome to SageAbility. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, services, and content. By using our website or registering for our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
1.1 Eligibility:
By registering or accessing SageAbility services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental/legal guardian consent.
1.2 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
1.3 Permitted Use:
You may use SageAbility services for educational and personal development purposes only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior consent.
- Use the website or services for unlawful purposes.
2. Payments and Fees
2.1 Payment Terms:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy, available here.
2.2 Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
2.3 Late Submission Fees:
For course assignments submitted after the initial deadline, late submission fees may apply as specified in course materials.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership:
All content provided by SageAbility, including course materials, documents, and videos, is owned by SageAbility or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2 License to Use:
Upon registration, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal use only.
3.3 Restrictions:
You may not:
- Modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission.
- Use SageAbility content for commercial purposes.
4. Course Completion and Certification
4.1 Certification:
Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course modules, assignments, and assessments.
4.2 Non-Completion:
Failure to complete required assignments or assessments may result in ineligibility for certification.
4.3 Capstone Assessment:
Capstone projects must be submitted within three months of course completion. Late submissions are subject to additional fees:
- Submissions 3–6 months after course completion: $250 late fee.
- Submissions 6–12 months after course completion: $500 late fee.
- Submissions after 12 months will not be accepted.
5. Academic Integrity
All work submitted must be your own, original work. Plagiarism, unauthorised collaboration, or academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in:
- Expulsion from the course.
- Forfeiture of fees.
- Ineligibility for certification.
6. Privacy
Your use of SageAbility services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty:
SageAbility provides its courses and content “as is” without any guarantees of results or outcomes.
7.2 Limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageAbility is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or course materials.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
8.1 Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
8.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to arbitration in Western Australia.
9. Changes to Terms
SageAbility reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
